Silent Running SR 500 是一种符合VOC标准的水性涂层，可轻松的喷涂。达到或超过

ASTM E-162、ASTM E-662和ASTM E84的标准，此标准用于表面易燃性，以及烟雾密度的测试，隔音涂层可用于HVAC单元、工程管道、发电机盖和机械外壳。SR500是“永久性”涂层，对所有金属、玻璃纤维和木材具有出色的附着力。Silent Running 的关键是涂层可多层覆盖，达到隔音效果，涂层厚度至少为1mm（取决于基材的厚度）。

Silent Running 涂层干燥需要约1小时，1小时后可以重新覆盖涂层。涂层表面污物可用水快速清洁。Silent Running干燥后是灰白色，可使封闭区域变亮。Silent Running比标准泡沫砖应用更方便，由于是永久性涂层，使用时间更长久，大约是传统泡沫产品成本的1/2和重量的1/3。

Silent Running比传统的隔音方法更有效，不仅仅因为它的化学成份，而且无论是任何角度弯曲的表面都能完全粘附在基板上。不会吸收水份和化学物质，并且能够承受海洋环境中的极端条件。可承受温度-60OC~120OC。对于典型的应用，可以降低6-8dBa(约60%的噪音)，建议最小应用

Silent Running SR 500 can be used to not only quite down machinery, but also help to bring noise levels within OSHA requirements, preventing the need for hearing protection and yearly hearing tests. Silent Running will not absorb liquids such as cutting oils or collect metal filings like foams and warps do. Apply Silent Running to machinery covers, sorters, exhaust systems and tanks.

Kitchen

Silent Running SR 500 is a VOC compliant, water based product that is easily applied with a spray application. This sound damping coating can be used in the kitchen to quite stainless steel sinks, aerators, garbage disposals, serving tables and exhaust fans.
